Our Restaurant

"Belgian Chef Jean-Paul Salpetier and partner Linda Cameron own and run this peaceful restaurant where it's their pleasure to spoil guests in a relaxing, stress-free atmosphere with fabulous cuisine" Lynton & Lynmouth Scene

Jean-Paul treats you to his native Belgum cuisine, regional French & Mediterranean dishes including Spanish tapas.

The Hotel caters for vegetarian and specialist dietary requirements.

The restaurant has a friendly, informal and comfortable ambiance, with turn-of-the century (1900) décor and lighting.

We have only one sitting so our guests can simply relax for the evening.

Our period lounge, complete with open-fire in the colder months, is available for guests to enjoy their pre-dinner drinks or after dinner coffee.

Jean-Paul believes in using the best local produce including Exmoor game and fresh delights from the sea, as well as some more exotic ingredients.
