stints in the best hotel and restaurant kitchens in America, Canada and Australia,
Jean-Paul Salpetier arrived at The Greys in Brighton in 1992. The Greys is the only
pub in the area to be recommended in the prestigious Egon Ronay guide.
Jean-Paul's restaurant menus are original, international and fun. He loves to create dishes with his
native Belgian chocolate and beers.
Linda flew the world as a cabin crew purser for many years, developing
her friendly and open approach in this demanding service industry. She is also a qualified
beauty therapist and aromatherapist. Linda is well versed in the demands of running a small
